The family suites room offered amazing views (especially of the Tower Bridge). The living room was spacious and included a washer and dryer, a real plus. The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated their assistance. The location was excellent, with a Starbucks around the corner.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. A modern bathroom was in the suite. I found the washer and dryer very convenient (it saved me from having to go out).

The location is perfect. It provides easy access to major tourist attractions. There are great restaurants on the river front. The hotel is near the Tower Hill train station (this made it easy to get around).

The hotel offers a very good breakfast. An Italian restaurant is available for dinner. The gym is well-equipped. A coffee shop is just around the corner (very practical!).

The location was really convenient. It made getting around easy!
my room wasn't properly cleaned. i found hairs in the bathroom and dust on the furniture, made me question the overall hygiene standards.
